We’re Ready for the Best Vacation Season Ever!
We head into every Maine vacation season thinking that it will be the best season ever at Spruce Point Inn. And, no kidding, 2012 is going to be the best season ever!
Over the last few weeks, the team has been working on overdrive to get everything ready for opening day, which is Friday, May 18. We can't wait to show off our renovated guest rooms, our new pool deck, and the beautiful Friendship sloop Sarah Mead, which will dock at the inn for the first time this year.
We've got some new folks working in our restaurant kitchens, and we expect to offer the finest Maine dining experience on our beautiful coast.
Along with the availability of the Sarah Mead for sailing expeditions, we're planning some new activities, including wine tastings and foraging field trips around our 57-acre grounds. And we're eager to introduce our guests to great nearby attractions like the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, the Boothbay Railway Village and the Boothbay Opera House.
Most importantly, we're excited to make new friends among our guests, renew relationships with old friends and introduce them to each other. We want each of our guests to experience a worry-free and delightful vacation along our beautiful Maine coast.
We couldn't be happier to welcome the 2012 season and begin unfolding all of its surprises and vacation adventures.
