UNIQUELY MAINE EXPERIENCES

Go beyond the traditional meeting itinerary and plan an event that only a true coastal New England resort like ours can offer. Forge shared memories at an old-fashioned lobster bake. Catch the wind aboard an authentic wooden sailing sloop. Explore team building sessions at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gar¬dens. Or, perhaps enjoy a kayak or bicycling expedition around the is¬lands. Tour the harbor on our motor launch Bright Line. Sharpen your competitive spirit with a company tennis tournament on our Har-Tru clay courts or golf match on the roughs-style Boothbay Harbor Country Club.

Let us help you design a customized meeting package including floor plans, meals, daily activities and entertainment.

OCEANFRONT DECK

The 3,000-square-foot Oceanfront Deck offers gorgeous, sweeping views of the ocean and can be used as an open-air deck or covered with a heated, custom tent. The deck features a bandstand with an enchanting gazebo facing the water. It is a truly distinctive venue, evocative of iconic Maine.

THE PEMAQUID

The Pemaquid is our 5,500 square foot state-of-the-art meeting facility. With vaulted ceilings and adjacent 4,000-square-foot exterior deck, Pemaquid can accommodate up to 300 guests for meetings and events. The lower level offers flexible space that can be divided into 3 breakout rooms. The executive boardroom on the second floor accommodates groups up to 14.

LINEKIN BAY

Fully air-conditioned and ADA-accessible, the 3,000-square-foot Linekin Bay Room features cathedral ceilings and is decorated in an elegant New England style with a coastal cottage palette of white trim and wainscoting with sea foam green walls. Adjacent to Linekin is a beautifully landscaped and tented courtyard, a warm and comfortable place for small groups to gather after a long day of business.

BUSINESS OFFICE

The business office, located off the Library in the Main Inn, is available 24-hours a day. With personal assistance available daily, 9am to 5 pm, the business office is equipped with HD television, computers, printers (mobile phone accessible) and fax machines. Services are complimentary.

"Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff---even had the maintenance person fix my glasses! Most of the business hotels I frequent would have suggested another option....We had a wonderful time at our reunion. Very efficient and helpful---and I travel all over the globe a great deal on business and pleasure. Room and bathroom huge---could have packaged 4 NYC rooms into it as my wife and I commented as we arrived! We had some 44 people at our Harvard Class Reunion. Flying the Harvard Flag from the DECK halyard was a nice touch." - David Rogers - Hingham, Massachusetts. Harvard Class of 1957

"Absolutely lovely. We also attended training at the Linekin building and the lunches/snacks provided were terrific. Extremely impressed with the quality of the room and the friendliness of the staff." - Sharon Lerette - Auburn, Maine

“Your staff is to be commended for their professionalism. Every question from start to finish was met with “we can do that!”. The grounds and rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The meeting space and services were professional, comfortable, and always individualized. The Pemaquid is a very special banquet location and the event staff are very skilled at creating the “environment” for a successful conference and meetings. Thank you for the special anniversary cake. A longtime member said “this was the best NEAGO I can remember” and I heartily agree.”  - Beth E. Nelson, MD, NEAGO – New England Association of Gynecologic Oncologists

“NCC founder Admiral Arleigh Burke believed this program would lead to the formation of personal bonds and friendship between officers from different nations and that these friendships would contribute to the peaceful resolution of conflict. Your hotel played a vital role in partnering with the Naval War College to promote positive impressions of America and facilitating friendships among nations. Our banquets were delicious and the sea side buffet breakfast was a welcome site each day during our week long stay. We look forward to returning in 2011.” - Stephen M. Sentio, Captain, U.S. Navy, director Naval Command College
