Spruce Point Inn Condominiums are available in two or three
bedroom configurations. Each bedroom has a private bath. All condominiums
have a full kitchen, dining area, living room with cathedral ceiling,
private porch and fireplace, 27" TV, washer/dryer and telephone.
Some master bedrooms have a fireplace. Condominium rates are based on
double occupancy per bedroom, lodging only (European Plan).
