Meet Us at the Pool!

As you wind your way along the paths at Spruce Point next summer you may notice a subtle new look throughout the grounds. We have new lighting planned, that unobtrusively fits the landscape while providing the necessary illumination as you move around the property after dark. We're also trimming the trees and hedges to keep them healthy and improve sight lines. And we're upgrading our signage to make it easier to find your way around in an understated style that better reflects the comfortable sort of luxury you expect from us. We're also lining the walks with crushed stone and replacing chain fencing with post and rail, and accenting the perimeter with plantings that will provide color all through the year.

The "Oceanside Deck" is getting new cushions and umbrellas, the deck is being restained and we're adding a pool bar, in-ground hot tub, and restroom for your convenience (though we know some guests already find it hard to leave the pool area!).
