Meet Us at the Pool!
As you wind your way along the paths at Spruce Point next summer you may notice a subtle new look throughout the grounds. We have new lighting planned, that unobtrusively fits the landscape while providing the necessary illumination as you move around the property after dark. We're also trimming the trees and hedges to keep them healthy and improve sight lines. And we're upgrading our signage to make it easier to find your way around in an understated style that better reflects the comfortable sort of luxury you expect from us. We're also lining the walks with crushed stone and replacing chain fencing with post and rail, and accenting the perimeter with plantings that will provide color all through the year.
The "Oceanside Deck" is getting new cushions and umbrellas, the deck is being restained and we're adding a pool bar, in-ground hot tub, and restroom for your convenience (though we know some guests already find it hard to leave the pool area!).
We're also expanding Evergreen Lodge pond and installing a liner, a lighted fountain, a small footbridge and a seating area with Adirondack chairs to turn this magic corner into another private hideway.
Something subtly new, around every corner -- but just as wonderful as you remember. After all, we had to give you some new inspirations for creating coastal memories, made in Maine.

"Lobster and lighthouses, berry picking and the breathing in of brine - there's not a yen you can't indulge in Maine, or access easily from the Spruce Point Inn. Among its crisp pleasures: A dunk in the freshwater pool, an honestly fought game of tennis or golf, or for the weekend Emersonian, a long sit on the terrace with the setting sun."

"The new renovations have elevated the Spruce Point Inn greatly. We had an opportunity to enjoy dining at both 88 and Bogie's and the food was exceptional. The new art, lighting and wall treatments are very upscale and enjoyable."
