Join us for a Caribbean-inspired evening of culinary collaboration as Spruce Point Inn comes together with Maine’s own Three of Strong Distillery to bring you four courses of perfectly paired aromas and flavors. Based out of Portland, Maine, Three of Strong uses 100% organic evaporated cane syrup and molasses, yeast, and pure water from Maine’s beautiful Sebago Lake to craft their rums. This small-batch distillery will be mixing up 5 of their distinct craft rums into a variety of delightful cocktails.
The evening will begin with a reception at 6pm followed by the first plate served at 7pm. Our executive chef, Rick Koplau, and his team will guide you through each course and pairing.
