    If you find a lower qualifying rate on another website within 24 hours of making your direct reservation, we will match the lower rate and provide an additional 10% savings once your claim has been reviewed and approved.

  • What is considered a qualifying rate?

    The lower rate must be publicly available and bookable online. It must apply to the same:

    • Property
    • Room or cottage type
    • Arrival and departure dates
    • Number of guests
    • Currency
    • Cancellation and deposit terms
    • Inclusions and restrictions

    Rates connected to memberships, loyalty programs, groups, packages, corporate agreements, government programs, opaque booking sites, or other restricted offers may not qualify.

    Yes. Reservations made directly with Spruce Point Inn are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy. Reservations made through third-party booking sites are subject to a 21-day cancellation policy.
