As a family-owned and operated Inn, we understand what it means to maintain the tradition of personal hospitality and unobtrusive attention to detail that has made this such a storied place. Talk to us about your family or alumni reunion – and make your family part of the history here that transforms a visit into ‘oceanside memories made in Maine.’
The Inn’s conference team works closely with local outfitters to provide team-building activities, excursions on and around Boothbay Harbor and outings tailored to the specific needs of the guests. Capabilities include such options as day-sails on local schooners, whale-watching and lobster-boat races capped with an authentic Down East lobster bake.
Boothbay Harbor summer colonies have made a name for the destination since the 1870s. Prized among them, SPI offers the same unspoiled views the original inhabitants, sportsmen and notables enjoyed for generations.
HISTORIC INN: The orginal classic Down East wood-frame Inn still stands, now containing eight guestrooms, three restaurants, a gameroom and the character of the classic Maine shore resort.
